Brewery notes: On the nose, Oceanian hops dominate, accompanied by a little hop resin. The body of the beer is initially quite round. On the palate, we find a slight touch of malt, then notes of white wine, very ripe exotic fruits and finally a little redcurrant and raspberries. The finish is rather dry, with a present and persistent bitterness.
