Hummingbird farms is a diversified market garden farm with flowers and herbs (fresh and dried) that offers its products through local marketing. It aims to promote the importance of local farms through proximity with consumers. Clémence had a vision of a farm that feeds and meets the needs of the community and is rooted in social and environmental values. Les Colibris, is more than 10 years of agricultural experience and learning to finally create this farm project. In fact, it is only the beginning of a project that will change with the seasons. We believe that by developing a sense of belonging to the food we eat, to the land where it is produced and to those who work to grow it, we can hope to create a healthy food system.</div>
