Since 2019, our family has been committed to the production of natural wines, passionately cultivating rustic vines. Nestled due south on the sunny slopes of the Petite-Nation River valley in the Outaouais region, our vineyard extends over 11,000 feet of vines. We prefer to work by hand, an approach that is also reflected in our winemaking methods. Fermentations are entirely spontaneous, relying solely on the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes.
