Miss Marmelades – Makers of marmalades, jams and other fine products. Established in Gatineau, we have been in operation since September 2011. All our products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, seasonal ingredients, most of which come from our own gardens or are sourced locally. We use only pure cane sugar and carefully select the finest quality citrus fruits. One of our missions is to create unique recipes that take you beyond the ordinary, introducing you to new and exciting flavors. From the exquisite Pear & Ginger Marmalade to the Cranberry & Onion Confit, and the bold Jamaican Pepper Jelly—each bite is a new discovery! We invite you to explore our products—enjoy!
