Verger Croque-pomme is a small farm located in the Petite-Nation region, between Thurso and Masson. The apple orchard undertaker is oriented towards the discovery and production of hardy varieties of apples for pick your own it is possilbe to get in season. The orchard is divided into two parts. The southern part contains varieties resistant to major disease of apple scab either. This resistance allows a significant reduction in fungicide use and gives this part of a strongly ecological orchard. The northern part consists of conventional varieties such as McIntosh and Cortland. Recently, an artisanal cider was added, the first in the area. The five following ciders are produced: Ice Cider: Croquée nordique Aperitif cider: Croque-et-tombe Sparkling cider strong: Croque Démon Still cider: Croque-pétale Light cider: Croqueuse
