2. How many producer members are there in the MSRO?
There are more than 40! You can thus get diverse local products: fruits, vegetables, meats, breads and cheese, maple products, dairy products, wine, honey, transformed products, etc.
3. Must I be member of the MSRO to make an order?
Yes. Consumers must register via our Web site (see Functioning section) to be able to make their first order. Membership fees are $25 a year.
4. How do I become a producer member?
Write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall contact you in the following days. You will have to first fill a questionnaire, then a committee will assess your request and will make recommendations for the board of trustees (CA).
5. How may I log into my account / open a session?
From the invitation to order e-mail you receive on Friday: click on %u201Chome%u201D in the upper left corner of the e-mail. This will lead you to the MSRO website homepage. <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />

6. How may I see products?
You may see products lists in two ways: by producer, by clicking the "Producers" icon of the homepage, or by products, by clicking the "Products" icon. Once on these pages, you can select a producer or a type of product to see products lists. Furthermore, a search bar, on the left of these pages, allows to make a search by key word(s).
7. How may I create an order?
From the lists found under the "products" and "producers" icons of the homepage, you can see two blue icons, + and -, next to every AVAILABLE product. Click on + to add a product to your order, or on - to remove it.
8. When may I order products? When must I come pick my order up?
Each ordering period is opened from Friday morning till Monday evening, and so every week. You must come pick up your products on the following Thursday, between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm, or on Friday morning, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, at the MSRO location.
9. How may I see / print my order?
When you will have selected products, a basket icon will show up in the upper right corner of the page. The total of your invoice and the number of selected items will appear under this icon. You can then click your total to display your order. A link towards a printable version will then be at the top of your order. It is however important to wait for the end of ordering period (Tuesday morning) before printing your invoice so that identifiers are added to it.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
After the ordering period has ended, when you log into your account, your page will contain links to display and print your invoice, as well as a link to work as a volunteer on pickup day.
10. Are there extra fees on the sale price of products?
No. Management fees of 17 % are integrated into the prices shown. Only sales taxes may be added, when applicable. <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
Management fees are used to cover the administrative expenses of the MSRO, among which rent for the pickup location, fixed costs (telephone, Interac, electricity, Internet), hiring staff, etc. <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
The MSRO is a non-profit solidarity cooperative. It means that possible surpluses will not be redistributed to consumers or producers, but reinvested in the project or in the community. So these fees render the MSRO viable and are not used for profit.
11. What are the identifiers on the invoice and what is their purpose?
Identifiers are codes which are added to each invoice at the end of the ordering period (Monday evening, 12:00 am). They facilitate orders assembly on pick-up day. Each invoice may have up to 3 identifiers: frozen (C), refrigerated (F) and room temperature (T) products. <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
We thus advise you to print your invoice at the end of the ordering period (from Tuesday).
12. What are the payment means offered to consumers?
Consumers may pay their order by direct payment (Interac) or cash.
