Ferme aux saveurs des Monts
Located in Val-Des-Monts (Perkins), we raise chiecken (capons), turkeys and duck. All of our birds are grain fed (100% cereal), without antibiotics or animal bi-products and growing in a natural way (8 to 10 weeks). Our big and tasty chickens are on the menu of some great restaurants in the Outaouais.
Our coocked and transformed products are prepared at the farm, in a provincial inspected transformation center (bouchery / kichen), by our boucher and chef team. Prepared without any preservatives. Our sausage maker, Viktor Rehmann, suiss-german, has over 16 poultry sausage flavors, without porc, gluten-free and preservative-free; Lean and healty sausages!
